🗨 Can you draw png tubers? Yes, I do! the price is negotiable depending on the complexity of the character and amount of expressions.🗨 Is there a fee for commercial use? Yes, there is. Sadly ive never tried it before, but I am planning on making a non-rigged model, then ill start doing comms for Vtuber avatars.🗨 Do you animate? Yes!
